Inquire

We see design as more than construction. It is an ongoing dialogue between people, material, and place, shaped with care, and built to endure.

Our studio exists to create spaces that feel honest, lived in, and quietly transformative. Every project begins with listening and ends with an environment.

At Maison Vernier, we design with purpose and clarity, creating spaces that speak through light, scale, and the quiet confidence of lasting form.

How we work

We approach each build with a clarity of intent. Every plan is shaped through research, iteration, and conversation. What remains is the essential, designed to last and built to feel lived in.

Site plan, context notes, and interior references for the discovery stage

Discovery / Context

We begin with listening and study. Site, climate, and daily routines inform the brief so we can define aims, constraints, and measures of success with clarity.

Material palette, light studies, and massing diagrams for design direction

Principles / Direction

We set guiding principles for light, massing, and flow. Quick models and diagrams test options and reveal the direction that best serves the brief.

Joinery drawings, stone edge details, and material samples for coordination

Detail / Coordination

We develop drawings and specifications across structure, services, and joinery. Materials and samples are reviewed in natural light while budget and timeline stay in view.

Handover notes, finished joinery reference, and care materials

Build / Handover

We oversee construction with care and precision. After final review and finishing, we hand over a space that is ready to live in, complete with guidance for long term care.
